We want to make sure your shopping experience from our site is as good as possible. On this page you can read how to properly return the product, how to cancel the order and how to deal with damaged products.

We refund money for items that are returned to us correctly

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we give you the opportunity to return it within 60 days of receiving the order. All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged (if applicable) and suitable for resale. In order to make a refund, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

How to return a particular product?

If you want to return the product, contact our customer service. If we don’t receive a notification from you, a refund can’t be guaranteed. You can return the product within 60 days of receipt. When returning, you must enclose proof of purchase / receipt and state the reason for returning the product. The cost of return shipping that the customer has is non-refundable.

How to treat damaged goods?

If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service and send us photos of the packaging and products inside. However, if the packaging is already visibly damaged, do not accept the product and contact us immediately.

How to cancel a purchase immediately?

Please note that we will not withdraw money from your account until the product you ordered has been shipped from our warehouse. If you would like to cancel your order before this happens, please contact our customer support immediately and we will try to stop the package before it is shipped.

How do I get a refund?

Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, our customer support team will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of your approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the money will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method in the coming days.

Missing or late refund money?

If you haven't received the money yet, check your account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially made. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are made. If you have already done all of this and have not yet received a refund, please contact our customer support team.

Free gifts and promotions cannot be refunded or refunded
